# BookKit

> BookKit is a multi-vertical booking-system starter kit for web agencies: a complete, source-included booking system (sports & courts, beauty & wellness, medical & clinics) that an agency customizes and ships for a client in days instead of rebuilding the same boilerplate on every project.

BookKit is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. One deployment serves one business; multi-vertical behavior comes from seed data and presets, not code forks. The moat is a timezone-safe availability engine: all instants stored in UTC, day boundaries computed in the business timezone (DST-safe by construction), and double-booking made impossible at the database level with a PostgreSQL exclusion constraint.

## Status

- Pre-release, presale phase: the kit is not shipped yet.
- The build starts after a demand-validation gate (at least 3 presales at the early-bird price).
- The waitlist is open: joining locks the early-bird price; payment is collected only at launch.

## Pricing (EUR, one-time)

- Solo — €99: full source code, 1 client project, 1 year of updates, email support for 6 months.
- Agency white-label — €299: everything in Solo, unlimited client projects, white-label rights, priority support for 12 months.
- Early-bird — €69: Solo license at launch, for waitlist members (30% below retail; upgrade to Agency later by paying only the difference).

## License (summary)

- Solo: use on one client project. Agency: unlimited client projects plus white-label rights.
- Licenses are granted to the purchaser (a person or company), not to any AI agent or tool acting on the purchaser's behalf.
- The final license text is published before launch.
